There have been a lot of books produced and spokespeople for the idea of "superfoods." One of the best known and earliest is David Wolfe. His book is called "Superfoods: The Food and Medicine of the Future." You may have seen him or others on infomercials.
Although there are many variations on what constitutes a superfood, we will examine some of the more consensus ones below. In general, these a very healthy things to add to your diet - especially if you are replacing SAD junk food.
