I am sure that a lot of you read diet books and they include a lot of explanations on how the body works. Over the years you have probably absorbed a lot of dietary and nutrition information. To build a better understanding that lays a foundation of knowledge to help you understand what you should eat, exercise and related, I am listing some of the best books I have read (and I have read hundreds of them).
