I recently received the acupressure mat and pillow that I had ordered. I had never heard of these until recently. I read a lot of reviews and people seemed tobe getting a lot of benefits from them like improved sleep, muscle relaxation and stress relief - all areas that I, and I assume, many others could use some help.

The info said that you should ease into it, with only 10 minutes the first day and gradually building up. Several reviewers had mentioned the initial pain. I had not problem (maybe I am a masochist). and started that first attempt with a 28 minute session. As people had commented, after a few minutes, it feels like a sunburn, and then it feels great and relaxing. I had to get my recommendation out here as soon as possible. I rarely get as excited about a new product.
